How we use Creyos in our clinic

Taking a Creyos Health assessment is straightforward and hassle-free—no need for any fancy gadgets. You can do it on any device you prefer, like your laptop, desktop, or tablet, and it works with all the latest web browsers.

Here’s a quick run-through of the steps:
Dr. Keenmon will set up an time for you to do the assessment.  Before you take the assignment, you will be guided on what to expect, how to tackle the assessment, and how long it’ll probably take.
After you’ve got the hang of the tutorial, it’s showtime!  Complete the task, and once you’re done, a report will zip off for Dr. Keenmon to check out.  You will schedule a time with Dr. Keenmon to discuss the results.

Nurtured by Nature

Nature and wellness are two concepts that are closely intertwined. Nature has been shown to have a positive impact on human wellness, both physically and mentally.

Spending time in nature has been linked to reduced stress levels, improved mood, and increased physical activity, all of which can contribute to better overall wellness. Nature also provides a sense of calm and relaxation, allowing individuals to disconnect from the demands of everyday life and focus on their own well-being.

One way to incorporate nature into your wellness routine is through outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, bird-watching, and gardening. These activities not only provide opportunities for physical exercise but also allow you to connect with the natural world around you.

In addition to outdoor activities, nature can also be brought indoors through the use of plants, natural materials, nature sounds, and natural lighting. Studies have shown that even just being around plants can have a positive impact on mental health, reducing stress and improving concentration.

Overall, incorporating nature into your wellness routine can have numerous benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. So, whether it’s taking a walk in the park or bringing some plants into your home, make sure to take some time to connect with nature and prioritize your own wellness.
