Complete psychiatric evaluation / Initial visit
At your first visit, I conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment, a process that remains dynamic throughout our journey together. Embracing a holistic approach, I delve into the intricate connections between your inner world, interpersonal relationships, and physical health. By the end of this initial appointment, I’ve gained valuable insights into your unique self, laying the foundation for a personalized treatment plan.
This plan encompasses lifestyle recommendations, medical and lab tests, medications, and psychotherapy—a comprehensive strategy created specifically for you.
Medication management visits with psychotherapy and/or lifestyle coaching
At your follow-up appointments, I strive to enhance your well-being through a comprehensive approach that includes medicine management, education, psychotherapy, and resources for family and caregiver support.
A note on Controlled Substance Prescriptions- While non-addictive medications prove effective for most conditions, there are instances where the use of controlled substances can be beneficial. I conduct thorough screening for substance and alcohol use disorders, meticulously review prescription history, and, in certain cases, may require drug testing to ensure the safest and most effective care for you.
